Take I 95 North.  Take Wilmington exit 7 for Delaware Avenue. This exit puts you onto a side street.  Go 4 traffic lights. 
Road dead-ends into Delaware Avenue (Route 52). 
Make a left onto Delaware Ave (away from the Downtown buildings).  Get in Left lane.  This road splits and becomes Pennsylvania Avenue (route 52).
Take Pennsylvania Avenue 8 traffic lights.

Begin your journey by getting on the Wilmington Pike in Pennsylvania

Keep left to stay on Wilmington Pike, and then continue driving straight to get onto US-202 S to enter into Delaware

Stay left to continue on US-202 S / Concord Pike, and keep an eye out for signs to I-95 South

Merge onto I-95 South, and then you will get off the highway at exit 7B towards Delaware Ave (Route 52)

Take a right-handed turn onto Delaware Ave, and then continue onto Pennsylvania Ave from here

You will pass by Boston Market on your right, and then arrive at Delaware Subaru on your right just past the Sunoco Gas Station
