We recommend showroom visits by appointment, but walk-in visits continue to be welcome. We can also deliver your New or Pre-Owned car to your home or office.

SHOWROOM VISITS

  • We recommend showroom visits by appointment, but walk-in visits continue to be welcome and permitted by the State of Delaware.
  • We continue to have social distancing & sanitation measures in place in our showroom to promote the health and safety for both our clients and associates. Facemasks also continue to be required by the State of Delaware.
  • To schedule your showroom appointment: Call, Chat, E-mail, or submit an Inquiry via our site links - our sales teams are available.

HOME DELIVERY VEHICLE PURCHASES

  • We can complete the entire vehicle purchase process vis phone & e-mail - Use the "Start My Deal" feature on any of our vehicle website listings.
  • We can deliver your new or pre-owned car to your home or office.

SERVICE, PARTS, & BODY SHOP VISITS



  • We recommend service visits by appointment, but walk-in visits continue to be permitted.
  • We continue to strongly encourage leaving your vehicle at the dealership while your vehicle is being serviced.
  • If you must wait for your vehicle, we continue to strongly recommend you use our outdoor seating areas.

Due to COVID-19 precautions, it is our goal to limit guests seated in our indoor waiting areas. In the event of inclement weather, we do have seating areas available in our Showroom Areas. If these areas are used, we ask that all guests adhere to mask and distancing recommendations. These requests continue to be in place out of an abundance of caution to protect your health, as well as our dealership staff.

WE CAN VALET PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF YOUR VEHICLE FOR SERVICE

  • For your next service, our valet drivers can drop off a loaner vehicle to your home or office, bring your vehicle back to the dealership for service, and return it back to you.
  • Please allow a minimum of 5+ business days between appointment scheduling and valet service appointment to ensure valet availability.

For cleanliness and extra precaution, we continue to take the following measures to ensure all of our clients and associates are healthy and safe:

  • Our cleaning staff continues to focus their efforts in wiping down high-touch areas such as door handles, coffee service, light switches, and bathrooms several times per day.
  • Our service personnel, valet drivers, and technicians continue to use protective vehicle-covering materials and wear face masks when they get into each client's car to move them.
  • Our client-facing teams will continue to offer a wave, fist-bump, or elbow-bump greeting in place of a handshake during this time.
